My favorite rub for beef. If you like coffee this is even better. The espresso flavor is not subtle but also not overwhelming. Again, perfect blend of spices.
This is a great rub to accent the flavor of the beef rather than a coffee taste. Coffee rubbed steak doesn't take on the flavor of coffee, but instead permeates the meat to create a slightly spicy, earthy taste. Great to use with any beef you cook on a grill or skillet.
