This dressing has been great drizzled over a salad or a freshly grilled salmon filet.
I make salad dressings by mixing the Vine-Ripened Raspberry Barrel Aged White Balsamic Vinegar with Olivelle's Roasted Walnut Olive Oil or Sicilian Lemon Olive Oil. I haven't tried it yet but I look forward to combining it with the Tahitian Lime Olive Oil. YUMMY!
