GOOEY BAKED BRIE WITH A SUGAR & SPICE BRULE

Yield: Serves 6 - 8 as appetizer

Ingredients:
- 1 Wheel of Brie
- Barrel Aged Balsamic Vinegar, for finishing Flatbread Crackers, for dipping
...
Instructions:
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Cut rind off the top of Brie wheel and place in Brie Baker.
  3. Sprinkle with Cinnamon Vanilla Sugar Shaker.
  4. Bake for 7 – 10 minutes until gooey and melted.
  5. Finish with your favorite sweet spread and serve with crackers or baguette slices.
