I love this vinegar

This is the only balsamic vinegar that I used in my salads. Pair it with a good olive oil and it delicious.

I also drizzle it over steamed asparagus!

Salad all star

Just reordered this in a larger size - it is a salad wonder-maker. Not too sweet. I used the recipe card on the website for the pear and gorgonzola salad - it was so simple to make and tasty. Makes restaurant quality salads at home.

I have tried so many different infused balsamic's. This one is my absolute favorite! On my second bottle, and splurged to get the largest bottle offered. I have put it on so many things, not going to stop! Meats as marinade, or drizzle for serving, smashed potatoes, roasted veggies, cheeses and crackers - meat snack tray, apple slices and berries. Obviously salads, too. (Even tried on ice cream) Fun to experiment and find everything brought to next level. Crazy good flavor!

Very flexible use balsamic

This is one of our favorite balsamic vinegars for salads. Leaf salads as well as pasta salads. It is also our favorite for mixing with infused olive oils, particularly lemon. For an appetizer mix with lemon and dip in fresh Italian bread for a fun starter.
