  • 2 Cucumbers, sliced
  • ½ cup Prosecco Italian White Wine Vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp Sugar
  • 2 tsp Mediterranean Rosemary Rub & Seasoning
  • 1/8 tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • ¾ tsp Lime Fresco Infused Sea Salt
  • 2 Tbsp Shallot, chopped

Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cucumbers, vinegar, sugar, rub, pepper, salt, and chopped shallot. Toss, cover and chill for 4 hours.
