This a an amazing balsamic vinegar - pairs well with so many things. It is my favorite balsamic - great texture and flavor. My favorite use is with PizzaOlio Infused Olive Oil and Parmesan Asiago Dipper with fresh bread.
I rub it on (and into) a steak before putting it on the grill. I believe it adds flavor and tenderizes the meat. The same is true when grilling a Portobello mushroom.
I love this balsamic vinegar! I mix it with regular olive oil, and use it as a salad dressing along with goat cheese and dried cranberries.
