Packet taco seasoning is mostly cornstarch and salt, with barely any real cumin or garlic. Cumin & Garlic Taco Rub & Seasoning skips the filler: real cumin, garlic, and smoky poblano chile in one hand-blended shake, so taco night gets actual flavor instead of a foil packet.

Versatile seasoning that customers say "will put flavor to any dish." Works well as a rub for chicken and shrimp tacos, and adds depth to soups and guacamole. Some shoppers find the cumin flavor overpowering and note it's saltier than traditional taco seasoning. Customers report it's "best used as a rub" rather than in ground beef.

Chili seasoning

I bought this to go in my hamburger for taco's. I smelled it when I received it. I think the cumin overpowers every thing and I am not a cumin person so for that reason I will see if my daughter would like it. I bought 3 of these. I thought they would be like the chili seasoning and be great but this one is a no go for me, you might like it though.

Best used as a rub!

Makes a delicious rub or marinade for meat, I rubbed it onto sliced chicken breast, baked it, and used the chicken for salads for the week. Not as flavorful when used as taco seasoning in ground beef.

We love this seasoning for shrimp street tacos. Makes the easiest dinner with some fresh cilantro and cabbage.

Not traditional taco seasoning

We used this to make tacos, it takes about 3tblsp for 2lbs of ground beef. It was a little salty, and I also had to add more pepper and chili powder, since we're used to using the traditional taco seasoning. Overall it was good. I would recommend if you're looking for a change.

Mexican Adobo World Spice

I live in the Southwestern USA and I'm always searching for the perfect New Mexican/Southwestern soup recipe. I found it with "Creamy Adobo Chicken Soup." The Mexican Adobo World Spice pairs perfectly with the remaining ingredients and flavors of New Mexico and the Southwest! This is definitely a "go to" soup and I will prepare it often!
