Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Ribeye Steak
  • 2 Tbsp Roasted Coffee Rub & Seasoning
  • 2 Tbsp Roasted Garlic Infused Sea Salt
  • 2 Tbsp Caramelized Garlic Infused Olive Oil
  • 4 Tbsp Smoked Barrel Aged Balsamic
  • Green Onions, for garnish

Directions

  1. Season the steaks liberally with rub seasoning and sea salt then drizzle them with the olive oil. Allow to rest at room temperature until ready to cook.
  2. Heat the grill to high heat.
  3. Sear the steaks for 2 minutes per side then reduce the heat to low and finish cooking another 4-5 minutes for medium-rare.
  4. Meanwhile place the green onions on the grill and cook turning once until charged slightly, about 1-2 minuites. 
  5. Finish with a drizzle of Smoked Barrel Aged Balsamic Vinegar and the grilled onions. Enjoy!
