I had purchased a bottle of shallot oil in my grocery store and loved every drop…unfortunately, it disappeared from the shelves when I went back to get more. So where do you go? AHHHH, the internet. I found this and only just received it and it is wonderful. I use shallots in my cooking in preference to onions…the taste is milder and sweeter. And so this flavored oil is delightful and I use it in ALL my savory dishes…LOVE IT!!!!
Seriously, you can do so much with this gem , on meat, potatoes, pizza,marinate, dip bread, you see where this is going, definitely must have

Love the Roasted Shallot Oil, great on oven potatoes or vegetables roasted. Perfectly paired too with the Tamari Garlic Vinegar that is also my favorite!
