Roasted Shallot Infused Olive Oil

I use this and many other Olivelle infused olive oils...am giving them as gifts!

I absolutely love this oil! I enjoy that I can have the flavor of a roasted shallot without having to actually cut one up and roast one! It's great on all meats, veggies, pasta and the uses are endless. I highly recommend this to anyone who likes to cook!

This olive oil is my new go to! I use it for EVERYTHING! My new favorite is to cut up sweet potatoes, coat them light with the shallot olive oil and cook in the air fryer. These oils are so good and I will definitely be ordering again soon!
