Love the Roasted Shallot Oil, great on oven potatoes or vegetables roasted. Perfectly paired too with the Tamari Garlic Vinegar that is also my favorite!
I bought this to use in one of the recipes on the Olivelle website. However, I have nearly used it all up before making the recipe I bought it for! I have use it in grilling, omelets, sauteing vegetables, etc. Very delicious!
