Love this

Very delicious olive oil with a hint of rosemary. I’ve used it on the roasted nut recipe you have with the truffle salt as well as for dipping with crusty bread.
We are really enjoying it !

Excellent Flavor!

I absolutely love this oil! I enjoy that I can have the flavor of Wild Rosemary without having to chew the actual herb itself. It's great on all meats, veggies, and the uses are endless. I highly recommend this to anyone who likes to cook!

The best flavor!

We use this rosemary infused oil on chicken breast and also add a bit of either raspberry or Summer peach balsamic and bake at 350 in the oven. Add a little bit of fresh rosemary to the top of the chicken. It is an amazing outcome.

Wild Rosemary and White Truffle Salt = Amazing Nuts!

We went to a 85th birthday party is Bismarck ND and immediately asked for the mixed nut recipe they used at the party. The next day went to the local Olivelle distributor, got the Wild Rosemary infused oil, the White Truffle Salt and have been making the recipe ever since. We have even given the idea away as gifts by purchasing more Olivelle oil from a Duluth MN distributor. Our most recent purchase was via online mail and giving it away as one of our “favorite things recipes” in a high school raffle basket. High quality, great tasting, and paired within promoted recipes has been a reason why we keep coming back for these Olivelle products.

Your Top Questions, Answered

Here’s the truth: Most grocery store oils are old, bland, and low quality. And way back in 2006, we noticed something else! Everyone was masking poor-quality olive oil with overpowering flavors so no one could tell the difference.

That’s actually why Olivelle got started.

We believed something better was possible: Fresh, premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil paired with natural, real-deal flavors that actually elevated the oil and not covered it up.

People told us over and over, “That’ll never work. You should use cheap oil for flavored blends.” But we knew better. And guess what? People could taste the difference. Once they tried our oils, they were hooked because fresh just tastes better. And once you taste the good stuff, there’s no going back.

Here’s how we stand out today:

  • Fresh first press oils—no old stock or mystery blends.
  • Real natural flavors, never fake or overpowering.
  • Sourced with care from small-lot farms around the world.
  • Harvest dates and transparency—we tell you what’s in the bottle.
  • Flavor you’ll actually crave—not just cover-up oil.

We partner with small-lot farms around the world, depending on where the best harvests happen each season. These places can include Italy, Spain, Greece, and beyond. Our EVOO's are always fresh, clean, and full of flavor, because we choose quality over mass production every time.

You’ll even find harvest dates and regions listed on our EVOOs because transparency is our thing.

P.S. - Did you know that our founder, Brie, was the 12th person to be certified in olive oil tasting under the International Olive Oil Savantes, which is one of the few organizations that recognize individuals for demonstrating their expertise in tasting olive oils. Brie personally tastes all of our olive oil to ensure it is up to our standard of quality with zero defects in flavor and aroma.

No, our oils are not certified organic, but here’s why that’s actually a good thing:

At Olivelle, we work closely with small, family-run farms around the world. These estate partners are deeply committed to sustainable and environmentally friendly farming practices. However, the process to become certified organic is often lengthy, expensive, and difficult for small producers to pursue, especially when they’re already going above and beyond in their care for the land and their crops.

For us, quality matters more than a label. We prioritize transparency, traceability, and taste. Every oil we carry is thoughtfully sourced, freshly pressed, and rigorously tested for purity, freshness, and flavor.

So while you may not see the organic stamp, you can trust that you're getting exceptional, high-quality oils made with care from grove to bottle!

Yes, all of our oils are naturally gluten-free and vegan. We don’t use any animal products or gluten in our oils, so you can enjoy them with peace of mind. Whether you’re vegan, gluten-sensitive, or just looking to eat clean, you’re good to go!

Bonus: They're also non-GMO and free of artificial additives.

While dark bottles can help protect oil from sunlight, it’s the way you store your oil that matters. A cool, dark spot is key. Plus, we pour every order fresh so there’s no need to worry about how long it’s been sitting around or how it’s been handled like at the grocery store. And let’s be honest, those crystal-clear bottles let you see that gorgeous olive oil in all its glory!

Keep your oils in a cool, dark place like a pantry or cupboard. Heat, light, and air are the enemies of fresh olive oil! Make sure the lid is tightly sealed after each use to keep the flavor locked in.

Avoid: Storing near your stove or in direct sunlight.
