For 20 years, we’ve believed cooking should be fun, easy, and full of flavor. What started with a mother and daughter, a love of great food, and a little shop in Bozeman has grown into Olivelle.
We believe you shouldn’t need a culinary degree or a pantry full of ingredients to make something delicious. Our oils, vinegars, seasonings and pantry favorites are designed to make everyday cooking easier, more exciting and a whole lot more flavorful.
We’re curious by nature. We’re always tasting, experimenting and looking for new ingredients and combinations that make you stop and say, “Wow, what is that?” From unique infusions to unexpected flavor pairings, we’re always looking for the next delicious discovery.
Food is meant to be played with, shared and enjoyed. We love creating flavors that inspire you to try something new, whether you’re dressing a salad, finishing a pasta or simply dipping a piece of crusty bread.
You don’t need a special occasion for great food. A drizzle of infused olive oil, a splash of balsamic or a sprinkle of seasoning can turn an ordinary meal into something worth remembering. We’re here to make those little moments more delicious.
What started as a mother-and-daughter idea in Bozeman has grown into 20 years of shared meals, recipes, gifts and memories. Olivelle has found its way into kitchens and around tables all over the country, and we’re incredibly grateful to be a small part of those moments.
For 20 years, Brie and Michelle (mother-daughter duo) have built Olivelle around two things they both love: family and food.
A certified EVOO Savant, Brie has a passion for good food, healthy ingredients and creating something meaningful for her family. She brings creativity, determination and a love of business to everything she does. Her husband and two kids have become part of the Olivelle story along the way, making this truly a family affair. When she’s not dreaming up what’s next, family is where you’ll find her.
Michelle has always had a love for food, especially baking, and a natural way of making everyone feel welcome. Caring and nurturing by nature, she can usually be found chatting with someone, baking something delicious, hiking, or making time for her kids and grandkids. Family, food and connection are at the heart of everything she does.
