Bring out the bright flavors of this lemon pasta with a white wine sauce with capers and olives, pair with seafood such as scallops or shrimp, or pair with fresh pesto! Try this pasta with our Sicilian Lemon Olive Oil and Feta & Herb Dipper. 

To Prepare

  1. Bring 4-6 qt water to a boil and place one Pasta Rock™ or 1 Tbsp salt in water. 
  2. Let Pasta Rock™ boil with water for 1-3 minutes deepening on your salt preference an the size of the Pasta Rock™ 
  3. Remove Pasta Rock™ with slotted spoon; set aside for another use. Pasta Rocks™ can be used until they full dissolve. 
  4. Use salted water to cook pasta for 5-6 minutes uncovered. Drain and toss with your favorite EVOO.
