Spinach and Olive Fettuccine

This olive forward pasta is so delectable it’ll convert anyone to become an olive lover! Enjoy this fettuccine style pasta with a classic pasta puttanesca, a lemon white wine sauce, or pair with a good olive oil and your favorite garden veggies!

To Prepare

  1. Bring 4-6 qt water to a boil and place one Pasta Rock™ or 1 Tbsp salt in water. 
  2. Let Pasta Rock™ boil with water for 1-3 minutes deepening on your salt preference an the size of the Pasta Rock™ 
  3. Remove Pasta Rock™ with slotted spoon; set aside for another use. Pasta Rocks™ can be used until they full dissolve. 
  4. Use salted water to cook pasta for 5-6 minutes uncovered. Drain and toss with your favorite EVOO.
