This recipe kit includes:
Tuscan Herb Olive Oil: Indulge in the herbaceous, aromatic blend of basil, rosemary, thyme, and tarragon along with the grassy notes of this high quality Italian extra virgin olive oil.
Barrel Aged White Balsamic: This barrel aged white balsamic vinegar will amaze you with its ability to add fresh flavor to everything from salads to desserts. Made with 80% Grape Must (cooked grape juice), this thick vinegar is naturally sweet and balanced with no thickeners or sweeteners added.
Herbs de Provence: Discover the perfectly balanced, sweet, smokey, slightly spicy flavors of Olivelle's exclusive Sweet Smoked Chili Rub. Our go-to seasoning for creating flavorful taco meat, grilling or braising pork, and seasoning shrimp or chicken.
Sel Gris Sea Salt: Harvested on the Brittney Coast in France using century-old methods, this sea salt has a naturally great flavor and low sodium content than ordinary table salt.
- Place your pork in a bowl or disposable Ziploc for easy clean up.
- Add 3 Tbsp Olive Oil, 2 Tbsp Vinegar, and 2 tsp Seasoning, and 1 tsp Sea Salt.
- Let marinade for 30 minutes up to 12 hours.
- Prepare by your preferred method.
